The name, Island of Treasures, reflects our mission and essence. Our camp is actually located on an island and is only accessible by boat. We have wonderful hidden treasures: children with great potential. Our team works to expose the potential and beauty God made in each child.If you take a boat and sail across the river you would find yourself in a very exciting, picturesque island that not long ago was abandoned. It is now full of life. On this island is a village of tents which provide amazing comfort. In this wonderful village are eight large tents. In each of six tents there are five children and one counselor. There is a pier to dock the boat, a "root-cellar" for food, a shower, a kitchen and a large tent for a dining-room/activity center.
