To reach the goal in work with children the following departments were created by Father's House:

Departments of direct ministry - these are departments which provide immediate support to different kinds of children on certain stages of work with them.

• Ministry to street children: work with homeless children in places of their dwelling, having the aim to provide a first aim and to encourage a child to finish a street life.
• "The Island of Treasures" camp of adaptation for street children: program of primary rehabilitation of street children an children at risk, with target to prepare them for coming back into family or into child institutions.
• "Father's House" Center of social care for children: child institution, aiming a full spiritual, social and psychological rehabilitation of child and preparing to his life in family.
• Family program: child's education in family conditions, pattern of family relations and responsibility.
• Graduates assistance department: support and accompaniment of children, who has been educated at Father's House Centre of social care for children; and at the present moment they live independent or at some other place.
• Children's rest and recreation department: holding of rest camps, organization of trips excursions and other recreational developments.
• Evangelization and creative work department "Children for children": the improvement of spiritual growth of children, development of their talents and ability to help others.

Departments of development and support - this are branches which ensure activity of direct ministry departments and development of new projects including cooperation and support of other organizations.

• Financial department: financial planning, budgeting and business accounting.
• Legal assistance department: legal assistance of children and activity of organizations, render of consultation support to other organizations.
• Administrative department: building, vehicle and equipment.
• "With love to the people" humanitarian aid department: providing of humanitarian aid to governmental institutions, charity organizations and people in need.
• Training centre: courseware for directors and workers in sphere of ministry to children, working out of systematical and informative sources.
• Department of work with partners and branches: development and support of partner organizations and coordination of cooperation.
