As the Father's House ministry developed, the leadership team has been formed. It is an honor and responsibility to be a part of leadership team and everyone one the team has to meet the following criteria:

1. To have personal calling from God to help homeless and abandoned children.

3. To be a professional

Roman Korniyko

Pastor of Salvation Church, Vishneve.
Education: MD, Kiev Medical Institute and The Medical School of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Roman and his wife Natasha have three daughters: Nadya, Nastya, and Alina.

Ruslan Malyuta

Vice President of Father's House ICF, Director of FH Training Center.
Education: Russian-Ukrainian Bible Institute, BA, Kiev Bible Institute, studying for MA at Evangel Theological Seminray.
